Meatloaf is something that you could not sell me when I was a kid. I like it now and it's so easy to make in the crockpot...just line the bottom of the crockpot with tin foil rolled into balls. The meatloaf cooks on top and the grease falls through the foil balls. Spray the foil with Pam and the meatloaf comes right off the top with a spatula.

I made this and it was delicious with baked fries and applesauce.
2 eggs
3/4 C. milk
2/3 C. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried minced onions
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 C. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine eggs, milk, bread
crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Crumble ground
beef over mixture and stir well to combine.
Shape into a round loaf;
place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low until a meat
thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
Whisk ketchup, brown sugar,
mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; spoon sauce over meat
loaf. Return to slow cooker and cook on Low until heated through, about
15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
