Holiday Bliss

I made this drink over the holidays...after a day of holiday baking.

I used the following ingredients

Titos Handmade Vodka
Sprite 10 with Cranberry
 Lite Cranberry Juice
Rosemary simple syrup
Orange rind

Honestly, you can fiddle with measurements until you get a taste you like.  I went a little heavier on the Titos but then Tito and I are good friends.

Citrus Punch

I saw this in a holiday recipe book and could see this for a brunch or for a nice spiked sparkler on New Year's with some Tito's Handmade Vodka.

2 C. orange juice
1 C. grapefruit juice
2 C. pineapple juice
1 C. lemonade
2 C. ginger ale

Chill all ingredients.  Mix gently in a pitcher or punch bowl.  Add alcohol if desired. ;-)

Best Lemonade Ever

I found this recipe on allrecipes.com.  I don't believe the title because the original recipe does not include chilled vodka (specifically Tito's Handmade Vodka).  My recipe does include a liberal shot per glass.  Enjoy!

1 3/4 C. white sugar
8 C. water
1 1/2 C. lemon juice

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 C. water.  Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar.  Allow to cool to room temperature. then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Remove seeds from lemon juice but leave pulp.  In a pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 C. water.
